I am a second-year PhD student studying quantum computer systems with Fred Chong. Before my PhD at UChicago, I graduated cum laude from the University of Washington, Seattle, with a B.S. in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics. My interest lies at the intersection of classical computer systems and quantum computing, including classical control, quantum simulation, and quantum computer architecture across hardware platforms. This area is crucial to realizing the future of fault-tolerant quantum computing systems.
Outside of my research, I like to make music, play video games, and travel!
